I have been traveling regionally in Alaska giving professional development workshops focusing on inclusive physical education and physical activity. I have met excellent educators, eager to have the opportunity for professional development in their regions. Travel is challenging with many of the districts off the road system. The staff created modified activities which are now shared regionally, from Lower Kuskokwim School District, to Fairbanks, Valdez, Juneau, Alaska Gateway and the Kenai Peninsula.
